9oz. Bag Spinach Leaves 1 1/2 cups berries (a mixture of strawberries, blueberries and raspberries or 1 1/2 cups of just one kind, or any combination) 1 cup toasted walnut pieces 4oz. Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese
PROCEDURE: Combine the above and toss with the following dressing.
INGREDIENTS for dressing
2 1/4 tbsp. sugar 4 1/2 tbsp. raspberry vinegar 3 tbsp. olive oil 3 tbsp. vegetable oil Salt and pepper to taste
PROCEDURE for dressing
Combine sugar and raspberry vinegar. Heat in microwave just until sugar is dissolved.
Slowly whisk in the oils. Add salt and pepper to tast.
