INGREDIENTS
6 tbs. butter
1lb. Diced red bell pepper
1lb. Diced onion
1lb. Diced green bell pepper
1 tbs. Red pepper
1 tbs crab or chicken base
1 cup water
1 tbs. Black pepper
1/2 tbs. Garlic
1/2 tbs. Tony's
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1 can whole corn
1 can cream corn
2 qt. Cream
PROCEDURE
- Saute' veggies until tender.
- Add flour to make a roux.
- Add your crab or chicken base with water, next add your seasonings and corn.
- Add your cream and reduce down.
