Sweet Potato Orange Cups

3-4 oranges (cut in half, scooped out)
1 - 29 oz. can of yams
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
6 TBSP Orange Juice (with pulp)
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cook can of yams in juice until softened, then drain.  Cream yams then add remaining ingredients.  Scoop misture into orange shells and bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.  Add brown sugar, pecans, or marshmellows for garnish (optional).  If garnishing, broil for 3-5 minutes until golden brown or use cooking torch.  Serves 6-8.
