Pumpkin Spiced Creme Brulee by Yvette Bonanno

Ingredients:

10 egg yolks
8 oz sugar (1 cup)
1 quart heavy cream
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
2 tsp pumpkin spice
6 Tbsp sugar

Over medium heat, add cream to sauce pot and heat graduall. Add spice to the heated cream. In a mixing bowl add sugar, egg yolks, vanilla - mix well. Gradually add heated cream mixture to sugar/egg mixture and combine well. Place into 5oz ramekins and bake at 300 degrees for one hour. Chill in refrigerator. Sprinkle with sugar and broil to melt/crisp sugar on top. Enjoy!
