Cafe By The River's Stuffed Mushrooms

Brown Together:
1 Lb ground meat
1/4 cup celery
1/3 cup onions
1 cup mushroom stems chopped fine
Dash of Lea and Perrins

Once brown, add:
3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
1/3 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1 Beaten Egg

Stuff mixture into mushrooms. Top with Cheese or bread crumbs.
Place in a casserole dish and add 1/2 cup water and 1/4 cup wine (optional).
Cover and Bake at 425 for 20 to 30 minutes.
