The Tigers made the playoffs and reached the second round.
"We're definitely trying to take it to the next level now," said Lejeune. "We were 6-6 last year and lost in the second round to West St. John and our goal for this year is to do better than last year. Whatever that is."
And, if you listen to the players, you can tell their confidence is growing.
"We feel like every game we go into we're going to win and we think we're going to compete with the best teams in our district this year," said tackle Justin Hollins. "We think we're one of the best teams in the district this year."
"We can do anything if we put our mind to it," added linebacker Lester Joseph. "We shouldn't just look at a team on our schedule and be like, 'Dang we're going to lose.' I think we can beat them."
