Detectives release images of suspect, car after fraudulent credit cards used at businesses

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Detectives are asking the public to be on the lookout for the man who used fraudulent credit cards at Baton Rouge area businesses in June.

The East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office reported he used the cards to buy prepaid cards at different locations on June 5, 2018.

Deputies added he loaded three different prepaid cards using three different credit cards at the Winn Dixie on Siegen Lane.

Investigators reported later that afternoon, the same man went to the Winn Dixie on Airline Highway at Perkins Road and loaded three more prepaid cards with one of the fraudulent debit cards.

They added he was seen hours later at Chick-fil-A on Burbank Drive at Ben Hur Drive buying food with one of the fraudulent cards. Surveillance cameras in the area also captured images of the car he was driving.
