(WAFB) - According to Consumer Reports, GMC said it is recalling more than 88,000 2018 Terrain SUVs due to faulty software that can prevent airbags from deploying during a crash.
The report stated GMC added the problem can occur if a software module fails.
The report added there have been no crashes, injuries, or deaths because of the issue, according to GMC.
According to CR, GMC dealers will perform a software update for free.
