It's the NFL's version of freshman orientation. For Saints rookies, its Rookie Minicamp, their first exposure to life as a pro.

"It feels great; I feel that everything is going really well," third-round pick Tre'Quan Smith explained. "Getting a lot of good work in, a lot of good coaching in and I'm just really trying to acclimated to the system.

"Every coach has got a different way of coaching things," fourth round pick Rick Leonard said. " So, I'm just taking whatever they're saying. Take it and do it. I'm young in this position, this will only be my third year playing offensive line, so I don't know nothing. I'm just taking in whatever they say."

"We tell them that these are the things that are important. Do they know what to do, that is important. They're in a crash course if you will on getting adjusted to the terminology," said Head Coach Sean Payton. "Then how quickly are they learning what to do and are they doing what we're trying to teach them."

Rookie Minicamp concludes Sunday.
