WANTED: Man accused of holding down victim while he's beaten with baseball bat

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

Police have now identified a second suspect sought in connection with a vicious beating that left a man with serious head injuries.

Greater Baton Rouge Crime Stoppers reported Keithric Jones, 26, is wanted by the Baton Rouge Police Department for his alleged role in an attack on Monet Drive on Feb. 17, 2018.

Jones is 6-foot-3 and weighs 190 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

According to investigators, Jones grabbed the victim from behind and held him while Jennetta Toliver beat the victim with a baseball bat.

Tolliver turned herself in to police on February 27.

At the time, detectives had not yet identified Jones as a suspect.

He is facing charges of armed robbery and attempted first-degree murder.
