DENHAM SPRINGS, LA (WAFB) - A Denham Springs man has been arrested for reportedly selling fake inspection stickers.
Detectives with the Denham Springs Police Department say Baton Rouge native, Roosevelt Bethley, is charged with ten counts of forgery of a motor vehicle inspection stickers and contributing to the deliquency of a juvenile.
Officials received information about Bethley selling the fake stickers and arranged for a meeting with him. After selling a fake sticker to an undercover detective, Bethley was arrested and found to have ten fake stickers in his possession. Officials also say a juvenile was with him at the time.
Bathley was booked into the Livingston Parish Detention Center.
