EAST BATON ROUGE PARISH, LA (WAFB) - A Baker man has been arrested for reportedly sexually assaulting a woman while giving her a massage at an establishment in East Baton Rouge Parish.

The victim says on January 11 around 6 p.m., she went to a massage parlor to get a massage from the man, later identified as Pondexter Lamont Kelly, 43. The victim says during the massage, Kelly began to work on her gluteus area, but then began to move towards her inner thigh. She says Kelly then touched her inappropriately.

The victim says she was too shocked to say anything, and the sexual assault continued for about two more minutes before Kelly left the room. The victim says she felt pain and saw bleeding from her vaginal area.

The victim also showed deputies text messages from Kelly where he said, "If you ever want an 'enhanced' service like tonight, just text or tell me to enhance it."

The victim later went to a local hospital where a rape kit was collected.

On April 19, deputies met with Kelly and his attorney, at which time he denied sexually assaulting the woman, saying he gave her a normal 90-minute massage. He also claimed to not remember the text messages.

Kelly was arrested and charged with forcible sexual battery.
