BATON ROUGE—Wide receiver Russell Gage was the first of three LSU players selected on the final day of the 2018 NFL Draft when he was selected by the Atlanta Falcons with the No. 194 pick Saturday.
Gage will join former Tigers Deion Jones and Duke Riley. The wide receiver was followed by quarterback Danny Etling who was taken 219th overall by the New England Patriots.
LSU's final pick of the 2018 NFL Draft was center Will Clapp, who was selected 245th overall by the New Orleans Saints.
The trio upped LSU's total to seven players selected in the NFL Draft, which tied for second-most by any school in this year's draft.
