Interim director of Baton Rouge Metro Airport is retiring

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - The interim director of the Baton Rouge Metro Airport is retiring.

Airport officials confirmed Friday that Ralph Hennessy is leaving to take a position in the private sector.

Hennessy, the former assistant director of the airport, was named interim after Anthony Marino announced his resignation in September 2016.

The Aviation Director Search Committee has a meeting scheduled for Monday morning.
