(WAFB) - Circle K gas stations are helping schools in the Baton Rouge area with their "Fueling Our Schools" program.
The community is invited to participate in a special "Fuel-Up" night on Thursday, April 19 to kick off the campaign. Circle K will donate one cent for every gallon of gas purchased at participating locations (up to $2,000 per school).
On these special "Fuel-Up" nights, customers can make an even bigger impact. On these dates, 10 cents for each gallon of fuel sold will be donated.
In Baton Rouge, participating Circle K gas stations are:
- Baton Rouge: 15490 Tiger Bend Rd.; Beneficiary school: Woodlawn High School
- Port Allen: 650 A Alexander Ave.; Beneficiary school: Port Allen High School
- Walker: 28005 Walker Rd. S; Beneficiary school: Walker High School
