INGREDIENTS

Bowl of mixed greens
1/2 lb fried crawfish tails
2 oz. gorgonzola cheese or bleu cheese
2 oz. infuzed red pepper olive oil
1 oz. Balsamic vinegar
2 oz. grape tomato
2 oz. diced bermuda onion
1/4 oz. slivered fresh mint
1/4 oz. slivered fresh cilantro
1/2 oz. slivered fresh basil
salt & pepper
2 oz. bacon bits
