INGREDIENTS
2 Tbl olive oil
6-8 jumbo shrimp
1/2 cup diced smoked ham
2 Tbl diced green onions
Creole seasoning to taste
3 oz. heavy cream
1/4 cup diced Swiss cheese
6-8 oz. cooked pasta
PROCEDURE
- In a saute pan, heat olive oil over medium high flame. Add shrimp and saute for 1-2 minutes.
- Add ham and saute for 2 minutes. Add green onions and spice. Toss and cook for 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream. Bring to boil and add swiss cheese. Lower heat and allow sauce to reduce. Stir (or toss) sauce to incorporate cheese. Once sauce has reduced, add cooked pasta.
- Enjoy.
