BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

A suspected "peeping Tom" arrested Monday is out of jail after posting bond.

Court documents state Mathieu Forgues, 31, of Baton Rouge, is suspected of watching a woman getting dressed.

According to the probable cause report, it happened near his home on Preservation Way, which is south of the intersection of Bluebonnet Boulevard and Burbank Drive.

The East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office investigated the case.

The PC stated the victim screamed when she saw she was being watched and the suspect ran off. It added she later installed cameras and captured video of the suspect walking through her yard.

Forgues was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on charges of peeping Tom, stalking, and criminal trespass. Documents show he was released early Tuesday morning after posting $2,500 bond.
