Fat Free Corn Dip from Stacey Pardue


2 (11 oz.) cans Mexican-style corn, drained
1 cup fat free sour cream
1 cup fat free mayonnaise
1 small can green chilies
Jalapeno peppers to taste, finely chopped
2-3 green onions, chopped
1 cup shredded fat free cheddar cheese

PROCEDURE: Combine corn, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Add chilies, jalapeno peppers and onions to mixture. Stir in cheese. Chill before serving

Yield: 25 servings of 1/4 cup each
