LOCATED: Baton Rouge woman found alive in Biloxi

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

Linda Thompson of Baton Rouge was found safe in Biloxi on Monday.

The 67-year-old had been reported missing on October 27.

The Biloxi Police Department reported Thompson was found in a home under construction. Detectives with the Baton Rouge Police Department said Thompson refused all medical treatment and appeared to be in good health.

The added family members are headed to Biloxi to get her and foul play is not suspected.

    A company has selected St. James Parish for a $9.4 billion chemical complex, officials announced Monday. Gov. John Bel Edwards and Formosa Petrochemical Corp. said the company has purchased a 2,400-acre site just downriver from the Sunshine Bridge.
