BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - A Baton Rouge woman has been arrested for allegedly distributing a sexually explicit video of her father through Facebook messenger.
Officials say on March 22 around 10:30 p.m., the victim contacted police, saying a sexually explicit video she participated in with her boyfriend was distributed without her permission through Facebook messenger.
Officials observed photographic proof of the disclosure of the video sent to the victim through Facebook by someone she did not know. Jelissa Smith, 19, the daughter of the male participant in the video, reportedly admitted to sending the video to multiple people on Facebook out of revenge against the victim.
Smith is charged with nonconsensual disclosure of a private image.
