BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - International comedy and ventriloquist sensation, Jeff Dunham, will be performing in Baton Rouge on Saturday, April 22.
Dunham is currently on the second leg of his "Perfectly Unbalanced" world tour. The 62 city tour includes stops in the U.S., Canada, and U.K. Tickets can be purchased online here.
Dunham has been nominated for the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The dedication ceremony is scheduled to take place in fall of 2017. Dunham has over one million subscribers on YouTube and recently played at the prestigious Carnegie Hall, one of the most famous venues in the world.
Back in October, Dunham hosted the Food Network's Halloween Baking Championships.
Over the past 46 years, Dunham and his cast of characters, including Walter, Achmed, Bubba J, Peanut, and Jose Jalapeno, have won numerous awards, including Forbes' Celebrity 100 list of Most Powerful Entertainers. Dunham also set the Guinness World Record for the Most Tickets Sold for a Standup Comedy Tour and set the record for viewership on Comedy Central. He's sold more than 7 million DVDs worldwide and has nearly a billion views on YouTube.
Dunham has visited five continents and 20 countries with his acts, including the U.K., South Africa, Australia, the Middle East, and Asia, where he time and time again performed to sold out arenas.
The performance in Baton Rouge will be held at the Raising Cane's River Center on Saturday, April 22.
