BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Another contractor is facing criminal charges for allegedly bilking flood victims.

The latest arrest was made by the Baton Rouge Police Department. Fraud investigators arrested Andrew Darian, 48, of Denham Springs.
Darian is charged with home improvement fraud (two counts), felony theft (two counts), misapplication of payment (two counts) and theft of assets of an aged person.
According to officials, two women claim that Darian took their money, but didn't finish the work.
One victim is over the age of 70.
Both women claim Darian took their deposits, but then changed his phone number and didn't complete the work.
