BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - A man is behind bars for allegedly raping a 14-year-old girl and forcing her into prostitution.
According to the Baton Rouge Police Department, the alleged rape occurred in October 2015. Marcus Jacobs, who was 32-years-old at the time of the incident, was identified as the suspect.
A warrant was issued for Jacobs arrest. He was located and booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on March 6, 2017. He is charged with sexual battery, trafficking of juvenile for sexual purposes and second-degree rape.
Another individual has been arrested in connection with this case. He too is accused of raping the teen.
Corey Williams was arrested in June 2016. He is charged with first degree rape. He is being held in the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on a $125,000 bond.
