BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - It appears Brandon Harris will be back at LSU next year competing against Danny Etling for the starting quarterback position.
Harris took to twitter Monday night to let fans know he will be back for his senior season.
Matt Canada, who has a reputation for developing quarterbacks, was hired in December as the Tigers new Offensive Coordinator.
Canada guided a Pittsburgh Panther offense that ranked No. 10 in the nation in scoring (42.3) and averaged 447.5 total yards per game.
Last season, Harris played in four games, completing 13 of 25 passes for 139 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions.
There is no doubt Harris has the ability to be a star, so don't count him out in 2017.
