WHITE CASTLE, LA (WAFB) - The chilly weather made it a perfect night for the Iberville Bonfire Christmas Festival on Friday.
Sparks soared upwards in White Castle, as people were dressed in warm caps and their coats to enjoy the scene.
The festivities took place at Nottoway Plantation. The admission cost was $5 per vehicle.
Families were welcome to not only see the bonfires, but listen to live music, enjoy eating outdoors and at one point, snow was even dumped on kids.
The mood was merry.
The food and live music were on the lawn of Nottoway, which stood grand and beautiful in the moonlight.
