EAST FELICIANA PARISH, LA (WAFB) - Louisiana State Police troopers began investigating a crash shortly after 10 a.m. on December 5 that claimed the life of one woman.
The two vehicle crash occurred on LA 955 west of LA 19 in East Feliciana Parish. Kristy Weatherman, 33, of Baton Rouge, was killed in the incident.

Weatherman's unrestrained 22-year-old passenger sustained serious injuries after being partially ejected from the vehicle. There were also two infant passengers in Weatherman's vehicle. Both were properly restrained and suffered moderate injuries. Jones was properly restrained and was unhurt.
Impairment is not suspected as a factor in this crash, but toxicology samples will be taken from both drivers for analysis.
