BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Saturday night, a vigil was held to remember a teen who was shot to death while sitting in a vehicle. April Netter, 19, was gunned down on North 47th Street Wednesday night.
At the vigil, her mother was heartbroken as a group gathered to remember the life lost to the tragic violence.
"I miss her and I love her. That was my baby," said Karen Netter.
