BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - LSU police said Monday they are investigating allegations that a sexual assault occurred in the backyard of an LSU fraternity house.
According to a police report, an officer was dispatched to a Baton Rouge hospital early Saturday morning "in reference to a sexual battery." The responding officer reported that a female patient stated that she was "sexually assaulted by an unknown male."
The female told the officer the alleged assault happened at 1 a.m. Saturday, November 19 in the backyard of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity house during a "PIKE's Peak" party, the police report stated.
Police have not announced any arrests in the case.
