NEW ORLEANS, LA (WAFB) - The head of the university that hosted Wednesday night's U.S. Senate debate took to social media to voice his displeasure with who was invited.
Dillard University President Walter Kimbrough posted on Twitter to object to David Duke's inclusion in the debate.
Duke polled at just over 5 percent, which was the qualifying threshold for the debate.
The poll, which was released in its entirety on October 20, was conducted by Mason-Dixon Polling & Research, Inc., of Jacksonville, Florida.
"Mason-Dixon is one of the most reputable polling firms available," said Raycom Spokesperson Vicki Zimmerman. "They have a solid reputation and have been providing services to news organizations like ours for over 30 years."
