Secretary of State Tom Schedler would like to remind everyone that the last day to cast your vote early is Tuesday, November 1.

So far, turnout for early voting has been quite high, breaking record numbers from 2008 and 2012. On average, close to 73,000 people, out of the 3 million registered, cast their vote during the early voting period in Louisiana. Through Saturday, October 30, 366,620 people have participated in early voting.

Voters can use Louisiana's award winning app, GeauxVote Mobile, to find out where they can vote early, as well as view a sample ballot. It's not just the president that will be decided in this election. There are more than 220 races statewide involving 728 candidates. In addition, there are six constitutional amendments on the ballot, as well as 78 propositions across 38 parishes.

Those who want to vote early can do so in person at their parish Registrar of Voters Office or at other designated locations. For a complete list of locations, click here.
