BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

If you think it's impossible to walk out of a Walmart with a TV you haven't paid for, think again. But if you think you'll do it without being caught on camera, let this serve as your warning.

Detectives with the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office ask the public for assistance to identify the man in the picture. He's accused of walking out of the Walmart without paying for the 55" Viizio 4K UHD Smart TV.

They say the man went into the Walmart in Bayou Vista around noon on Wednesday, October 12 and walked out a short time later with the allegedly stolen television.

If you know anything regarding his identity, call the St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office at (985) 382-1622. Detectives can also be contacted by email at crimewatch@stmaryso.com. You can remain anonymous.
