BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Even after an unscheduled bye, LSU has once again landed in the Amway Coaches Top 25 Poll.

The Tigers (3-2) are ranked No. 25 and are one of seven SEC teams to make the poll.

Alabama is No. 1 followed by Ohio State, Clemson, Michigan and Washington.

Houston took the biggest hit in the poll after their loss to Navy. Head coach Tom Herman and the Cougars dropped seven spots from No. 5 to No. 12.

SEC teams included in the top 25:

  • style="margin-left: 40px;">Texas A&M: No. 6
  • style="margin-left: 40px;">Tennessee: No. 11
  • style="margin-left: 40px;">Ole Miss: No. 13
  • style="margin-left: 40px;">Florida: No. 14
  • style="margin-left: 40px;">Arkansas: No. 22
  • style="margin-left: 40px;">LSU: No. 25

The Tigers will face each of the ranked SEC teams this year except Tennessee and possibly Florida.
