LSU running back Derrius Guice and offensive lineman Ethan Pocic have been named SEC players of the week after the Tigers' 42-7 dismantling of the Missouri Tigers.
Guice, who filled in for Leonard Fournette, was named the SEC Offensive Player of the Week. He finished the night with 163 yards and 3 touchdowns on 17 carries. He averaged 9.6 yards per carry and scored touchdowns on runs of four, 37 and 42 yards.
The former Catholic High running back's 100-yard rushing game was his second of the season.
Pocic was named the SEC Offensive Lineman of the Week. The center was part of an offensive line that helped pave the way for 418 rushing yards and 634 total yards of offense for LSU.
The Tigers possessed the ball for 42 minutes and 33 seconds and did not commit a turnover.
