Lunch with Les - Jacksonville State

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - LSU head coach Les Miles addressed the media Tuesday afternoon about the team's upcoming game at Tiger Stadium against Jacksonville State on Saturday.

Miles started the news conference talking about the team's 16-14 loss to Wisconsin. He stated the play that Brandon Harris threw an interception on late in the game, he threw a touchdown on at practice Monday.

Miles added Josh Boutte made a mistake. He said Boutte called the Wisconsin player and apologized.

"I just instinctively went to tackle him," Miles said Boutte explained to him about the play.

Miles was asked about the changes everyone expected to see in the offense this season.

"If he hit five more passes and break a couple more runs, you'd likely see similar film from the Texas Tech game," the coach replied.

Miles said running back Leonard Fournette is fine, not terribly swollen, but does have a bruise. He did not practice Monday, but is expected to play Saturday.
