BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - A well-known Mexican restaurant in Baton Rouge has gone out of business.
Coyote Blues, located on Acadian Thruway at I-10, shut down Sunday. A sign posted on the front door says the location is permanently closed.
The restaurant is part of a chain. Coyote Blues locations in Lafayette, Lake Charles, and Jackson, TN remain open, according to the company website.
The restaurant opened in 2009 at a construction cost of nearly $2 million.
