BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - The family of Nick Tullier says there has been no change in his condition, which was explained as "not a bad thing."
His father posted a message on social media saying the deputy wounded in the ambush attack on law enforcement officers is "no better but no worse." He also stated Tullier has not undergone another surgery since last week.
