BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - A crash involving a suspected drunk driver sent a pedestrian to the hospital.
Baton Rouge Police arrested 21-year-old Myles Labeth, of Belle Chasse, and charged with first offense DWI, reckless driving and vehicular negligent injuring.
Labeth allegedly hit someone walking across Brightside Drive around 2:30 a.m. Sunday.
The victim was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
According to the probable cause report, Labeth admitted to police that he had several Bud Light beers while at the Bayou Country Superfest and then later at Fred's Bar. He had a BAC of 0.135.
Labeth was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison and released on a $3,700 bond.
