Police search for suspect accused in Addis church burglary

ADDIS, LA (WAFB) - The Addis Police Department is looking for a suspect accused of burglarizing a church.

Police said the suspect stole a wallet that contained credit cards and a driver's license from the Addis Baptist Church around 9:30 a.m. Friday.

Detectives said that the suspect then went into a dentist's office about a block away from the church and walked around inside. Workers at the office told police that they found the suspect's actions very odd but that he did not take anything from the building.
