WEST BATON ROUGE PARISH, LA (WAFB) - People gathered in West Baton Rouge Parish for the funeral of a city-parish employee.
Ken Doucet was a dispatcher for the West Baton Rouge 911 Center. He also served for more than 32 years as a volunteer in Port Allen's police reserves and fire department.
Doucet was also the very first certified paramedic in the parish. Captain Doucet was remembered and honored for his life of public service.
