OXFORD, MS (WAFB) - The NFL Draft is not the only important event happening Thursday, Friday and Saturday this week.

LSU is in Oxford, Mississippi to play the Ole Miss Rebels in another crucial SEC West series.

The No. 9 Rebels are 31-11 overall and are tied with LSU and Miss. State at 10-8 in the Southeastern Conference.

Ole Miss has won five of their last six games, suffering their only loss to Miss. State 2-0 on Tuesday.

The team has a .308 batting average including 80 doubles and 27 home runs.
