BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the man who used a stolen credit card because that card is connected to multiple burglaries.

The Baton Rouge Police Department reported it is investigating several vehicle burglaries that happened on April 8. Detectives did not state where the burglaries happened.

They said a credit card stolen in the burglaries was used at the Circle K on Airline Highway and McClelland Drive just before 4 a.m. on the same day as the burglary.

Investigators said the video from the store showed the suspect using the care to buy cigarettes.

Anyone with information about the person pictured or the burglaries is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 344-7867.
