Livingston Parish residents no longer under curfew

Curfew implimented for hard-hit areas of flooding in Livingston Parish

LIVINGSTON PARISH, LA (WAFB) - A curfew has been lifted Wednesday for residents of Livingston Parish.

The curfew was implemented by Livingston Parish President Layton Ricks, Sheriff Jason Ard and the Livingston Parish Office of Homeland Security Director Mark Harrell starting Friday, March 11. The curfew which was for areas severely impacted by floodwaters ended Wednesday, March 16.

Anyone who still needs assistance is asked to call the Livingston Parish Community Operations Center (EOC) at 225-686-3996.
