BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - The man accused of raping a Baton Rouge woman in December has been caught.
According to the arrest warrant, Ivory Jones, 36, met the victim and invited her back to his apartment.
The victim said Jones started getting rough and forced himself on her. The victim also stated Jones wouldn't agree to let her go until she stopped crying.
The victim was taken to a hospital, but Jones wasn't located until just recently.
He was booked into the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on charges of rape, second-degree kidnapping and second-degree battery.
No bond was set.
