1/8 lb. butter melted 2 cups pecan pieces 2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce 2 Tbsp Hot Sauce (not Tabasco ) Salt as needed 1 lb Ghirardelli White Chocolate
To Prepare: Melt the butter in a heavy sauté or frying pan. Pan-roast the pecans over medium heat in melted butter. Add the Worcestershire and Hot Sauce several drops at a time until well distributed. When all liquid is absorbed and the pecans are roasted, remove from heat and sprinkle with salt to taste.
Melt chocolate in microwave, stirring at 15 second intervals. Add pecans, stir and dip spoonfuls onto wax paper.
