BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - East Baton Rouge Sheriff's Detectives have arrested a suspect in a bank robbery that happened November 17, 2015, around 10:55 a.m. at the Capital One Bank located at 6920 Bluebonnet Blvd.
According to reports the suspect, 29-year-old Timothy Pugh, went into the bank with a black semi-automatic pistol and demanded money from the teller. He left with an undisclosed amount of money and fired one round before leaving the bank.
Pugh has been charged with armed robbery, illegal use of a weapon and aggravated criminal damage to property.
He is being held in the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on a $167,500 bond.
