Baton Rouge to be featured on two television shows Friday night

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Two different television shows will appear on screens, showing Louisiana's Capitol City on Friday.

Baton Rouge will play host to an episode of Burgers, Brew & 'Que on Food Network at 9:30 p.m.

Chef, restaurateur, and TV personality Michael Symon will show up at The Rum House on Perkins Road, where we will watch the step-by-step preparation of two of the restaurant's most popular items, the B's Brisket Melt and the Mile High Key Lime Pie, prepared.

90 minutes earlier, Baton Rouge's old state capitol will be featured on the Travel Channel's "Mysteries at the Castle" series. The Travel Channel features strongholds, castles, palaces, and other buildings and describes their history to the television audience.

Once again, Burgers, Brew & 'Que will air on Food Network at 9:30 p.m., and Mysteries at the Castle will air on the Travel Channel 90 minutes earlier at 8:00 p.m.
