BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - An East Baton Rouge grand jury indicted three men in connection to the December shooting on Tracy Avenue that left a man dead.

Karlos Ghoram, Lawrence Bennett, and Devaughn Tyler were indicted for second-degree murder Thursday.

All three men are accused in the armed robbery and shooting death of 21-year-old Osval Andrades in the on 9200 block of Tracy Ave around 11 p.m. on December 9.

Deputies had found Andrades shot before he was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Ghoram, 20, was arrested on December 11 and charged with first-degree murder and armed robbery. Tyler and Bennett, 17, were arrested and charged with principal to first degree murder and principal to armed robbery.

Tyler, who was 16 years old when the shooting occurred, will be tried as an adult. He will be booked in the EBR Parish Prison.

Ghoram's bond was set $50,000 and Bennett's bond set was $100,000.
