Crime Stoppers: Robbery suspect turns self in after seeing himself on WAFB

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - UPDATE: A representative of the Baton Rouge Police Department says that the suspect, Anthony Walker, turned himself in to BRPD detectives after seeing himself on 9News at 6 on WAFB. The original story is below.

The Baton Rouge Police Department and Crime Stoppers need help finding a suspect accused of robbing a homeless man.

Anthony Walker, 42, is accused of robbing a homeless man on January 1 on College Drive.

BRPD officials say Walker approached the victim and demanded money. Investigators were able to identify Walker and the vehicle he used the morning of the robbery, a red Ford Mustang.
