BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - Runners took a trip through downtown Baton Rouge and LSU's campus Saturday morning.
They competed in the Mardi Gras Mambo 10K and 15K.
Hundred of people were streaming through the finish line Saturday afternoon.
The 10K race has been around since 1999.
Officials have not yet released how many runners participated, but the first to cross the finish line took home a special jacket along with smaller prizes for the lesser winners.
